Step into a sacred seven-day journey in the lush heart of Costa Rica's Manuel Antonio region, at Posada Natura, where the jungle hums with life and every breath invites you deeper into your body, wisdom, and feminine essence.
Yoni Temple is both an initiation and a training. Whether you are walking your own path of healing and reclamation, or feel called to become a Yoni Massage Therapist and sacred spaceholder for other women, this immersive experience offers a profound journey into the feminine mysteries.
Through Tantra, embodiment practices, ritual, sisterhood, and the art of Yoni Massage, you will deepen your relationship with your body, awaken your sensitivity, cultivate trauma-informed presence, and learn to meet yourself and others with reverence, confidence, and care.

Over 7 days - 6 nights, you will:
• Explore Yoni Massage through a trauma-informed and embodied approach that honours the body as sacred.
• Learn sacred touch practices that support healing, feminine awakening, and deeper connection to self and others.
• Receive guidance in ritual, embodiment, energetic attunement, and the foundations of trauma-informed spaceholding.
• Deepen your understanding of the Yoni through anatomy, energetic awareness, and the emotional, ancestral, and spiritual dimensions of the feminine.
• Cultivate presence, confidence, and embodied leadership within an intimate circle of women.
• Reconnect with nature as the lush Costa Rican jungle becomes a living ally in your journey of remembrance and transformation.
• Enjoy three nourishing locally sourced vegetarian meals daily, beautiful accommodations, and private river access for rest, reflection, and integration.

Travel & Shuttle
For your convenience, we will have an organized group shuttle departing from San José International Airport (SJO) at noon on the first day of the retreat, bringing you directly to Posada Natura. The ride takes approximately 3-4 hours through the lush Costa Rican countryside. If you prefer, private taxis are also options for getting to the retreat center, which is nestled in the rainforest with private river access and just minutes from the beaches of Manuel Antonio
